Carroll Moudy
Carroll began her sales career in 1997 in the highly competitive field of international group travel. Having no experience in sales (besides selling business signs for her sons’ high school baseball field!), she learned to listen and stay abreast of what was happening in the industry. Then 9/11 happened. “Was anyone ever going to travel by plane again?” was the main question that went through everyone’s mind. It was either do or die so they DID! Her company persevered and became the nation’s largest in that sector of travel.
What does that have to do with real estate? When Carroll began her second career, residential real estate, the market was booming, and then disaster struck - the recession. Companies folded and real estate salespeople left the industry in droves. For her company, it was do or die and they DID! IntegritySouth Real Estate survived and has grown to be the largest privately-owned real estate firm in the Hattiesburg metro area.
"I work hard to stay on top of anything new and useful in the industry. Negotiations and attention to detail are my strong suits. My husband is a residential contractor which gives me an advantage when working a new construction property or evaluating quality in an existing home."
What is Carroll's favorite thing about Real Estate? "Absolutely everything – listing, negotiating, working with other realtors; as well as working with first time home buyers, helping families find their forever homes, or finding those retirees the perfect place to live comfortably and enjoy their free time!"
Carroll has a wonderfully supportive family, her husband, two sons, a daughter and their families (that’s 5 grandkids – Hannah, Noah, Sydney, Khloe and Hayes!). Beside enjoying their grandchildren, their favorite pastimes are the adventures with Alli, "the Kayaking Corgi" and their "Bayou Basset", Addie!
"I love what I’m doing! God has blessed me beyond comprehension with the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people and has allowed me to help them with what may be one of the biggest decisions they will ever make. Psalm 37:7a
